Send a 'GIF'ed payment - Our top 10

You can now use GIPHY GIFs as stickers when making payments on Beem It. That’s right, the Beem It team have done it again. The tech team has been working hard throughout the isolation period on ensuring that payments are not only instant and safe but are continuing to get easier and more expressive. 

What’s the latest update that will make payments on Beem It better? You can now have a little bit more fun by using GIPHY GIFs! Who doesn’t love a good GIF in any form of messaging? Well, why not use your creative skills to make one of your friends happy to pay you back or happy to receive a payment from you?

In honour of the Beem It GIPHY update, we thought we would pick a few of our favourites:

1. For when you want to visualise your goals when requesting money from friends. Simple search “Rich”.

2. If your friends are a little slow when it comes to paying you back, you can always fall on the famous “SHOW ME THE MONEY” line from Jerry Maguire. Search “Money”

3. Really want to brighten your friends day? Then a dancing puppy with sunglasses (I really love that dog). Search “dog” and “money”.

4. Fan of the splits? Both when it comes to the cost of a meal with your mate, and when it comes to cheerleading? Search “split” to find a great way to celebrate how good you two are together.

5. Out with your friends going for a few drinks, show a bit of appreciation for your good friend that knows ‘what’s up’. Search “drinks”. 

6. Want to drop a few hints about going on a holiday to your dearly beloved. Next time you’re paying your partner Search “holiday” in the search tool. 

7. We know Beem It is a great app for paying your coffee buddies back as soon as they’ve bought you that delicious cup in the morning. So why not show you’re appreciation for the yummy pick-me-up by searching “coffee”. Nothing says that better than the below Meryl Streep before and after look from ‘Devil Wears Prada’.

8. We’re very excited and feeling pretty damn good about the new Beem It GIPHY feature. You too? Well, search “feel good” to bring out your inner Nic Cage. Think about those occasions when you finally pay back your mate, whose been chasing you for that cash. Who would have thought, that payments could be this fun and easy.

9. No matter what GIPHY you choose, showing a bit of gratitude can be very powerful. Whether you’re being paid or you’re paying, you should always be thankful. So our solution is to make that moment of gratitude extra special. Search “Thank you” and say “thank ewe”.

10. Still not sure? There’s a GIF for that too, search “random” and enter another world.
